GICHD and CTRO successfully organized Non-Technical survey training course in Karlovac
The Geneva International Centre for Humanitarian Demining (GICHD) administered the Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia Regional Cooperation Programme Non-Technical survey training course (EECCA RCP NTS) held in Karlovac, Croatia, from 08 to 19 November 2021. The NTS Training held in cooperation with HCR-CTRO and with support from OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine.
The NTS training course is essential for determining how to allocate limited resources in the land release process. Under the EECCA RCP framework this course had bring together 14 participants from 5 countries, from National Mine Action authorities, and other relevant stakeholders in the region and which had chance to share knowledge and learnt best practices on land release operations.
