CTRO conducted „Mechanical Demining Training – Testing of demining machines“ for Turmac representatives
The TURMAC representatives were introduced with the testing procedure of the demining machine, legislation on mine action, both Laws & Regulations and Accreditation Process within Croatian Accreditation Agency. Also, the practical part of the training was consisted of demonstration of all test site contents, demonstration of the soil test lane and demonstration of the testing on the example of a demining machine.
“We are very pleased to have had the opportunity to organize this training and introduce colleagues from the Turkish Mine Action Center with know-how and experience in the field of certification and testing of machines, which we have been successfully applying for many years. Also, we are confident that colleagues will have the opportunity to apply that knowledge in their country”, said Mrs. Katarina Markt, Managing Director of the HCR-CTRO.
